LEASING QUALIFICATION

Before applying, please review the following:

  • Each resident over the age of 18 must submit a separate rental application. Incomplete applications will not be processed. An application is considered incomplete without a driver’s license or state I.D., valid proof of income, and/or complete rental history. These items can be included in the electronic application.

  • Please be prepared to pay a non-refundable $50 application fee (per application plus processing fee).

  • Please be prepared to pay security deposit within 48 hours of application approval. 

Qualification Requirements

The following criteria will be used to screen applicants for all units managed by Jordan Management Company.

 

All applicants signing a lease must pass the following screening criteria:

Co-signer must have a credit score at or above 625.
Co-signer must have a monthly take home pay plus other legal and verifiable income via paystubs, tax returns, etc. equal to or greater than 4 times the monthly rent; OR, the combined monthly income of applicant and co-signer must be equal to or greater than 6 times, where the applicant has income greater than 3.0 times the monthly rent.
If a co-signer is required, your application will be considered denied until the co-signer application is completed. Co-signers must complete an application and pay the $50 application fee plus any credit card processing fees.
